Eliza Sydney Reaches rock bottom

Excavation is now complete on the 6 storey basement for the luxury Eliza project in Sydney.
The unique parametrically designed residential tower will be completed in 12 months.
The inner city site for the 17 storey tower is only 400 square meters (4000 feet) so the engineering and logistics of constructing a 6 storey hole was extreme. So much so, that the only way to remove the heavy equipment when it was completed was straight up

Whilst facade fabrication begins....
