POD Apartments, Chippendale

The POD Apartment building has been lodged for approval with the Sydney City Council. The project contains 50 units. The site is located in an area with a tapestry of vibrant heritage buildings. The unique design adds to the vibrant area with a contemporary take on the Sydney apartment typology.

Darlinghurst Apartments due to start construction soon

Constuction is due to start soon on the Darlinghurst Apartments for the ANKA group in Goulburn Street, Sydney. The project creates a public plaza fronted by Cafes and wine bars and will be an iconic contemporary expression of inner city apartments.

Elandra Bundeena Beachside Housing completed

The Elandra housing project at Bundeena has been completed. This project for 15 luxury beach houses for Globe Projects and Southern Crosss Constructions is located in the Royal National Park. The first stage of 15 houses is complete. This is project will soon be features in the new book 'On the Beach' by image publishing.

Harley Davidson wins CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards

Tony Owen Partner's design for the Harley Davidson Australian Headquarters has won the award fro best Commercial/Industrial building in the Asia Pacific in the CNBC Asia Pacific Commercial Property Awards. The awards were presented in Singapore last week. Later this year, top scoring winners from the Asia Pacific Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Europe, the UK, Africa, the Americas and Arabia to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
