Boston University nears completion

Construction is nearing completion on the new student housing project for Boston University in Regent Street, Sydney. The project for Ceerose Developments and ZVI Constructions will provide student accommodation for 175 students. The project was designed in association with SylvesterFuller Architects and It includes 2 theatres, cafe, administration and laundromat.

The unique design uses fissures to provide maximum solar access to berooms as well as natural ventillation throughout the building. We look forward to the first enrolments for January 2011.

Eliza Approved

The Eliza luxury apartments in Elizabeth Street Sydney has recently been approved.

The marketing campaign has now begun and the signs are up on site. Construction is now commencing on theis prestigious CBD site. The Eliza features 19 luxury units which will be the new standard for Sydney. The 3 storey penthouse has been concieved as a unique world class address. For design inspiration we looked to the classics of 20th century classic design to create a world class building for a truly unique site.

First Look - United Cargo Headquarters

Here is the new Headquarters for United Cargo in Condell Park, Sydney.
Construction has already started on site. The design utilises our CAD-CAM technology to translate geometric data directly from our files to the fabricator's router cutter to cut the metal panels.
